Frequently asked questions

Below are some of the most frequently asked things. If you still have questions, please contact us.

Will the apps be 'native' mobile apps?

Yes, we will publish a native Android app in the Google Playstore and a native iOS app in the Appstore. We believe that fully native experiences on mobile are better than non-native solutions.

Will my app be available instantly in App stores?

No, for two reasons. First, because we have to submit your app manually it takes up to two business days to submit your app to the stores. When this is done, your Android app will be available. Second, Apple has a reviewing process which can take up to 3 days before your app will be available in the App store.

So to be sure your event app will be available in time, we strongly recommend you to ask for submission at least 7 days prior to the start of your event. The sooner your app is available, the sooner you can get your audience to download and discover your app.

Can I preview my app?

Yes you can. You will receive a link from us. With this link you can install your provisional app on your smartphone. This makes it possible for you to optimize your content and the look of your app. When you are ready, just request app submission in your back-end and your app will be published.

Previewing your app is not possible in free trial mode

Can I update my content after submission to the app stores?

Yes you can. All content in your app can be updated. Here a list of things that can be updated once live:

  • Your app homescreen (add, remove or edit the icons)
  • All your app content
  • Your app lay-out
  • Your app modules
How long will I have acces to my app data?

You have 1 year access to your app data. This means you have a timespan of 1 year in which you can update your app, send push messages to your audience or view the analytics. Next year, you can renew your account and ask for a new submission.
